  • Graduate Profile:
    The graduates possess essential theoretical and methodological knowledge acquired during their undergraduate studies, enabling them to engage in professional practice and scholarly investigation. They are proficient in the categorical apparatus of aesthetics, philosophy of art, and semiotics of art and can competently identify all levels and elements of a work of art, including their genre specificities, overlapping also with the specifics of popular culture, relevant media, and art for children and youth, to the extent that examples and case studies of works of this nature are a natural part of the required block of interpretive seminars. They are conversant with the fundamental characteristics of all artistic genres and their most prominent works, as well as aesthetic concepts from antiquity to the present. They have experience in media, galleries, and other cultural institutions. Due to these competencies, they are able to autonomously interpret literary, visual, and musical works that overlap with the particulars of popular culture and art for children and adolescents, even in interdisciplinary and historical contexts.
  • Graduate Employment:
    The graduates are sought after by professional institutions with a focus on arts and culture, as well as in various sectors of the public and private spheres that are connected to the arts. Additionally, their expertise qualifies them to be valuable members of institutional teams engaged in research and descriptive analyses of aesthetic and artistic phenomena.
