Instructions for Filling Out the Paper Application

• Download the university application form – Application Form (.RTF).
• Complete all required information on the application form.
• Should any uncertainties arise regarding the completion of specific sections, please contact the Study Department for clarification.
• Pay the application fee of €30.

• Sign the completed application form.
• Attach the following documents to the printed and signed application:

1. Proof of application fee payment (30€ for the paper application; proof of an executed payment order is sufficient);
2. Structured CV;
3. Applicants for Bachelor’s studies: photocopies of secondary school academic transcripts from the 2nd and 3rd years (international applicants are required to provide transcripts from equivalent academic years of their foreign secondary institution), a photocopy of the school-leaving certificate (if the certificate is not yet available, it must be submitted on the day of enrollment). Applicants applying for part-time (external) study programs are solely required to submit a photocopy of their school-leaving certificate.
4. Applicants for Master’s studies: an officially certified diploma and a diploma supplement confirming completion of the first cycle of university studies – Bachelor’s degree (if the certificate is not yet available, it must be submitted on the day of enrollment). Graduates of UKF in Nitra who are applying for Master’s studies in the same year they completed their Bachelor’s degree are exempt from submitting the diploma and diploma supplement.
5. Optional documents: official certificates from academic competitions, recognized language proficiency certificates, and documented evidence of relevant extracurricular achievements completed during secondary school.
6. Applicants for Doctoral studies (3^rd level of higher education): a diploma and a diploma supplement confirming completion of the second cycle (Master’s) of university studies (if the certificate is not yet available, it must be submitted on the day of enrollment), a list of previous publications and other professional activities, along with a dissertation project proposal on the selected topic (approximately 3–5 pages in length).
