They have attained a high level of proficiency (C1) in the languages they have studied and possess knowledge of contrastive grammar, lexicology, and stylistics. They are familiar with national literature written in the respective languages and have a sufficient understanding of cultural studies within the relevant context, as required for interpreting and translation practice. They are skilled in using basic tools and techniques for interlingual transfer, with a foundational understanding of professional terminology. Furthermore, they have a solid understanding of the pragmatic, legal, and ethical aspects of the translator and interpreter’s work. They are proficient in utilising essential technologies and tools necessary for their professional practice.
