  • Graduate Profile:
    The graduates possess a high level of proficiency in the theoretical frameworks and interpretive methodologies encompassing various art forms, such as theatre, film, and popular culture. They have a comprehensive understanding of mythologies, archetypal narratives, and international typologies from diverse cultural backgrounds. Their knowledge extends to classification systems, intertextual models, and interdisciplinary contexts related to these areas, approached from the perspectives of receptive aesthetics and authorial poetics. Additionally, they are well-versed in contemporary aesthetics and art studies, including the unique conceptual and methodological characteristics of the Nitra school. Their grasp of the underlying principles governing the production of professional and scholarly works, as well as art criticism and journalism, enables them to independently conceptualise and undertake such endeavours. Through heuristic inquiry, they analyse problems within these disciplines and apply their findings to specific aesthetic, artistic, and cultural issues.
  • Graduate Employment:
    The graduates will have diverse employment opportunities in various sectors related to art, culture, and the creative industry. They can pursue careers in universities, research institutions with a focus on art and science, cultural organisations, social and educational institutions, media outlets, editorial offices, and publishing houses. Some potential roles they can assume include curators, cultural publicists, art critics, editors, cultural coordinators, and publishing editors, among others.
