Instructions for Completing the Electronic Application
To obtain login credentials, create an account in the electronic application system. Please ensure your email address is entered accurately, as it will be used for all future communications and for password recovery.
Complete all mandatory information in the application. If you encounter difficulty with a specific field, even after reviewing the instructions, please contact the faculty’s Study Department for assistance.
Once you’ve accurately completed the entire application, click the CONFIRM button. Please note that the application cannot be changed after it has been confirmed. Clicking the OPEN button will display your application as a PDF. There’s no need to print or mail the application. The system will generate a payment order after your application has been processed.
Bachelor’s Degree:
- Structured CV
- Photocopies of academic transcripts from the second and third years (this applies to both five-year bilingual grammar schools and other secondary schools)
- Photocopy of the school-leaving certificate (if the certificate is not yet available, it must be submitted on the day of enrollment)
Master’s Degree:
- Structured CV
- Diploma and accompanying diploma supplement confirming the completion of the first cycle (Bachelor’s) of higher education
(If you have not yet completed your Bachelor’s studies, you will submit these documents on the day of enrollment.)
*Students enrolled in the Faculty of Arts at UKF in Nitra who are applying for Master’s studies in the same year they complete their Bachelor’s degree do not need to submit their diploma or diploma supplement at the time of application. However, students from other faculties of UKF in Nitra must submit these documents on the day of enrollment.
Doctoral Degree:
- Structured CV
- Diploma and accompanying diploma supplement confirming the completion of the second cycle (Master’s) of higher education
(If you have not yet completed your Master’s studies, you will submit these documents on the day of enrollment.)
Applicants for doctoral studies are additionally required to submit a list of their previous publications and other professional activities, along with a dissertation project proposal on the selected topic (approximately 3–5 pages in length). Further details can be found on the Doctoral Studies webpage.
You may also upload additional documents such as competition certificates, language proficiency certificates, or records of other relevant activities.
The fee for the electronic application is €25. Once you confirm your application, the system will generate a payment order.
